KAJIAN · SEKOLAH · MASJID SUNNAH

Sunnah study circles near you, easy to find.

Ruju gathers the schedules of kajian, schools and mosques that hold to the sunnah, in one place. We are a small team in Indonesia, building it one directory at a time.

Many people want to attend. Only one thing is hard: knowing where, and when.

Kajian announcements are spread across group chats, posters and social media. Ruju brings them into one list, by city and by day.

Three things first, done properly.

Our first release is three directories. Each starts with what you need to show up: what, where and when.

How we build

  1. Design first

Every screen is designed and tested as a prototype before any code is written.

  2. A small team with AI agents

Our team works alongside AI agents that write, test and review code, each with one clear responsibility.

  3. Release in small steps

We release one directory at a time and improve it from what people tell us.

What the name means

Ruju comes from ruju‘ ilal haq: returning to what is true. The r in our logo is built from three shapes.

  • Al-Istiqamah

    The upright line

The straight path and the foundation of tawhid. It is the pillar that holds the whole form up.

  • Ar-Ruju‘

    The arch

Shelter, and turning back, like a mihrab where people gather. It is also the outline of a back bowed in ruku‘.

  • Al-Haq

    The centre dot

Truth and the sunnah. The smallest element, yet the centre of the mark. The arch above it both shelters it and points to it.
